Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including but not down to workshops, templates, worksheets, and downloadable resources, are final. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, they are strictly non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
2. 1:1 Coaching Calls
Single 1:1 coaching calls and strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, you may reschedule your session provided you give reasonable notice (at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time).
3. Multi-Week Coaching Packages
Multi-week coaching and strategy packages are non-refundable once the first call or session has taken place. By attending the first session, you commit to the full program.
4. Missed Calls and No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled call without prior notice (a "no-show"), that session may be forfeited without a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed and must be requested with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to approval and may result in a forfeited session.
6. Results Not Guaranteed
We provide educational frameworks and strategic guidance. We do not issue refunds based on a lack of results, particularly if the client does not implement the strategies discussed. Success requires your active participation and execution.
7. Discretionary Refunds
Any exceptions to this policy or discretionary refunds are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Mission to Monetization.
